The idea to start a commercial cleaning company first took root in Hannah’s mind in 2013. At that time, she was a Business Manager for an employment services company, responsible for managing three offices.
It was during these years that the seed of inspiration was sown. Hannah and her colleagues faced a recurring challenge – finding a reliable cleaning company that actually cleaned!
Working late into the evenings, Hannah would often witness cleaners arriving, only to disappear after a mere half-hour, leaving the offices in a less-than-desirable state.
Staff members would voice their dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the office, prompting Hannah to escalate the issue to head office. The result was a cycle of switching cleaning companies every few months, with the same disappointing outcomes.
This frustrating experience left Hannah with a compelling thought: “Surely there should be a cleaning company that cleans old-school style and remains consistent.”
Driven by this vision and motivated by the desire to provide businesses with a cleaning service that truly delivers on its promises, Hannah embarked on her journey to establish ACS Commercial Cleaning.
